The next phase of construction on Cochran and Greentree Roads is about to begin:
Milling and paving on Cochran and Greentree Roads will be starting next Monday night, September 18th, 2023. They plan to focus on Cochran Road from Beverly to Greentree intersections, but they may also incorporate a small portion of Greentree Road to Virginia Mansions as well. In any case they plan on working Monday-Friday from 9pm-7am on Cochran road, and 6pm-6am on Greentree Road. Saturdays will be utilized as makeup days, however they don’t anticipate working any at this time. Traffic will be maintained in all directions however, delays should be expected at these times.
