Scott Township will be improving the Stormwater collection and conveyance system within a portion of The Oaks Area (Phase 1) including Spreading Oak Drive, Orchardview Drive, and Green Oak Lane. This contract has been publicly bid and awarded to Jet Jack, Inc. Construction is set to begin either July 10, 2026 or July 13, 2026.

The scope of work includes installation of approximately 2,100 Linear Feet of 15-inch, 18-inch, 24-inch, 36-inch, 48-inch and 60-inch CPP storm sewer used for underground storm water storage; variable depth and diameter storm manholes; inlets and restoration associated with construction.

The existing stormwater collection and conveyance facilities require upsize and enhancement to provide improved stormwater management within this area; thereby reducing localized flooding.
