Park Reservations are done exclusively on CommunityPass and are FOR TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS ONLY. To sign up for CommunityPass, Follow these instructions:
1. Go to:
Scott Township Community Pass Portal
2. Click on “Create an Account”
3. Enter a Username for your family account
4. Enter a password (7 characters including at least one number and one letter)
5. Enter your address
6. Enter the person who is the primary contact for the family account.
7. Click CREATE
8. Log In
9. Acknowledge the Privacy Policy
10. You’ve completed the account creation process!
From there, you can log in at any time and manage reservations, pool passes, summer recreation and other soon to be released programs or events.

Once you have signed up for CommunityPass, then you can now reserve a shelter. To rent a shelter, follow these instructions:
1.Select the gold “click here to register” button on the home page
2. Select “2027 Facility and Field Reservations”
3. Next it will show your account info. Carefully make sure all your information is correct, including the “Resident of” section. Then click “continue”
4. Under “Facility Permits,” each shelter as an option for either “Mon thru Thurs” or “Fri, Sat, Sun.” When you’ve determined what day of the week you would like to rent it, select the appropriate option.
5. On the “schedule” screen, select what date you would like, then hit the “time” option, and enter your estimated number of attendees
Tip: The schedule section has a helpful “availability” calendar that shows the dates your selected facility is available.
6. For “requirements,” you will need to upload a picture of either your government issued identification (ex. driver’s license) or a utility bill showing your name and address.
WARNING: Anyone making a reservation of any Scott Township facility who is not a resident of the Township forfeits the reservation and the funds paid for the reservation to Scott Township.
7. After you have uploaded your proof of residency, it will ask how many will be attending the event and the purpose of the event. Answer both questions and then select “continue.”
8. Carefully review the Facility Reservations Rules and Policies, Residency Policy, and the Scott Township Refund. Select the boxes next to each, enter your Electronic Signature, and select “continue.”
9. Enter your Payment information, check out, and enjoy!
