Scott Township welcomes a new Public Works Director

Scott Township is pleased to welcome Phoenix Holly as our new Public Works Director.

Last night Scott Township Commissioners voted unanimously to hire Holly, who will begin his new role in November.

A Chartiers Valley graduate, he has nearly 20 years of experience in construction management, site supervision, equipment inventory and operation, budget oversight, scheduling and compliance.

“This is truly an honor. Being a Chartiers Valley graduate, growing up in the town right next to Scott Township, I spent many Fourth of Julys at Scott Park. I am excited to work with the Township and bringing my knowledge that I have,” Holly stated at the board of commissioners meeting.

He currently serves as a superintendent and site safety officer for H&M Associates, presently working on an infrastructure project for the Army Corps of Engineers in Chester, W.Va. There, he coordinates daily field activities and serves as liaison between crews, subcontractors, vendors, and local and federal officials.

Prior to that, he served as a superintendent and foreman for Sunbelt Rentals. A steward for Boilermakers Local 154, he also has served as superintendent/foreman on jobs for power plants, natural gas construction sites and tree services.

He shares his home with his wife, Danielle, and the couple has one child, Delmari.
