The time is coming for Scott Township’s annual Octoberfest celebration in Scott Park! The date is October 4th, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are currently taking reservations for vendors who want to participate. The cost is $25.00 for an indoor space, and $20.00 for an outdoor space.
If you would like to register for vendor space, and you already have a Community Pass account as a vendor, please do so through our Community Pass system by clicking here. Payments are accepted by credit card via the online reservation system.
If you are a resident or non-resident with a community pass account for use with the pool or other facilities, you will need to create a new account strictly for your vendor reservations with any Township events. To do so please follow the instructions below for vendors who do not yet have accounts.
If you do not have an online vendor account with our Community Pass site and would like instructions on how to create an account to register, please click here to create an account. When asked for residency, please select “I AM A VENDOR” so you are eligible for vendor registrations no matter what community you reside in.
Once you have created your vendor account and logged in:
Click the “Click to Register” gold button on your home page.
Choose “Memberships and Programs”.
Confirm your identity.
Select “Octoberfest”.
Select which type of reservation you would like (indoor or outdoor) and add to cart.
You may add more than one space at this point if you choose, paying the appropriate amount for each slot.
Continue to checkout by either clicking the shopping cart icon floating on the right side of the screen, or scroll to the top and select “Checkout”.
Complete the purchase and your spaces will be reserved.
