Creation and composition.
Pursuant to Article II of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (53 P.S. § 10201 et seq.), there is hereby created a Planning Commission for Scott Township. Said Commission shall consist of five members, appointed by the Board of Supervisors in accordance with law, who shall serve for terms of four years each.
§ 30-2 Powers and duties.
The Planning Commission shall have and exercise all the powers and duties vested in it by the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code and Township ordinances.
