Pop-Up Details
PRC will host pop-up collection events where we will accept all colors of glass bottles and jars from the public. All events will use the following format:
Open from 9am – 2pm
All events on Saturdays
No cost to users
Accept all colors of glass bottles and jars
No window glass
No drinking glasses or stemware
No ceramics
PRC staff and volunteers will be on site to assist recyclers
If you are interested in bringing glass collection events to your area please reach out to your local municipality and ask them to contact PRC at glass@prc.org

DISPOSAL OF UNUSED MEDICATIONS PROPERLY
Allegheny County Sheriff William Mullen’s office will be present so residents can bring unwanted, unused or expired medications that will be disposed of safely. Allegheny County Sheriff William Mullen recently implemented an initiative to help residents safely eliminate unused and expired narcotic medications. The Sheriff’s Office established this program to help curtail opioid and heroin related overdoses and overdose deaths in Allegheny County.

On Monday, November 4th, 2019 at 8:00 am park registration will open for the 2020 season. Registration will be done on a first come first serve basis. No numbers will be issued so please remain courteous to your fellow Township residents!
